2025 has been a standout year for Waddle. A year that’s seen the business continue to grow, evolve, and deliver meaningful impact for our clients.
Along the way, we’ve been proud to receive recognition for that work. From the Legal & General Business Quality Award to the COVER Excellence Award, both reflected the standards we hold ourselves to day in and day out.
But the moment that truly defined our year came at the Protection Review Awards 2025 in November, where Waddle was named Intermediary of the Year - rounding off a very successful year for Waddle with eight shortlisted nominations and three industry award wins.
Being shortlisted alongside some of the most established firms in the industry was an achievement in itself. Winning the award, however, was something special. It’s proof of the dedication we’ve poured into developing our team, refining our processes, and most importantly, maintaining our client-first culture. More than anything, it celebrates our commitment to doing things properly – delivering advice that’s transparent, thorough, and human.
This award wasn’t just a reflection of one great year. It marked how far we’ve come as a firm and how deeply we believe in raising the bar for protection advice across the industry.
That same commitment has carried through to the moments that matter most. This year marked a record number of claims assisted and accepted for Waddle clients. We don’t just tell people we’ll be there when it counts – we are. The proof is in the pudding, and every successful claim represents a family protected, a promise kept, and the reason we do what we do.
